Because of the change from Disney to Universal Studios, we have extended the payment schedule by two weeks, from 11/19/2021 to 12/3/2021. Some payments have already been received for the original due date of 11/19/2021. Therefore, all second payments of $500 will be held and not deposited until after the 12/6/2021 meeting. We are still asking everyone to make the next $500 payment by 12/3/2021 to have an official count for the 12/6/2021 meeting.
Please make every effort to attend the meeting on December 6th to discuss all new information. We continue to collect additional information and would like to discuss the Universal Studio Music Festival during the meeting. We all need to be together in what is decided. If you cannot make the meeting, please contact someone like another parent in the band or a board member to ensure your opinions can be shared during the meeting with everyone.
