We WILL be able to have the apples and peeler where we always have it. We must be completely cleaned up by Monday morning (which is not a problem, normal for us). So that takes care of a huge logistics problem.
There will be NO PARKING available on the band side of the building. ALL WORKERS for the event must enter on the AG SHOP side of the building. I will have signs posted to go through the building to get to the Cafeteria. The SIGN-IN table will be in the Hallway near the restrooms. No one will be permitted to be in the parking lot area near the modular classrooms during the event.
On Sunday we will move all of the dumplings UPSTAIRS to the GYM FOYER for distribution. I have an elevator key so moving boxes should not be a huge issue. I will make sure we have a few tables to set up for pick up. We need to make sure we have signage to get people to the different location.
I think that is the most important part of working through this part of the event.
